A skirt and a jacet from a dress

I finished a half skirt and a jacket made from a dress. I bought the dress from a recycling center and there were also fabrics that usually cost 3 €/bag. The black fabric that is in the jacket is fabric that came from just such a bag. You can choose the fabrics yourself. 

 

The checked fabric is made by Annala weaving mill in Lapua. I bought it at their clearance sale in July 2025. 

 

 I left the buttons on the front of the half skirt and only one button was enough for the jacket. I made the rest of the buttons from the fabrics I used and the cutting waste.
